We are offering a limited number of vendor spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserve early; when available space is filled we will begin a waiting list.

Vendor spaces are 10' x 10' increments.  Each vendor is allowed a maximum of two (2) booths and four (4) tables. All of our vendors are advertised in our Show Catalog. Vendors may purchase additional advertising in the Exhibitor's Catalog and/or the Spectator's Guide, see our Sponsors page for more details. All advertising must be "camera ready".

The City of Seattle requires a City of Seattle Business License for all vendors at a trade show. If you do not have a City business license, the City will charge the club $10 per Vendor for a 'Trade Show Only' License. If you have a City of Seattle business license, please enter the number on the Vendor Summary Form. If you do not have a City of Seattle business license, please include an additional $10 for the City Trade Show License.

The Washington State Department of Revenue requires that all vendors be registered to do business in this state. This license must be displayed in the vendor booth both days of the show. Should you need a Washington State business registration, please contact the State Department of Revenue at 800-647-7706.

Advertised show hours are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday and 9:00 AM to 4:00pm on Sunday.  Judging will begin at 10:00 AM Saturday, and 9:00 AM Sunday. Vendors are required to remain in the show hall during advertised hours.

If you are interested in sponsoring a ring, purchasing booth space, or advertising, please complete the Vendor Summary and mail it along with your check to:

All checks are to be made payable to Pacific Northwest Outlaws.   Check or PayPal payment and Summary must be received no later than November 21st, 2008. Prices are stated in US Dollars.

If you have any special requirements, please note that on the Vendor Summary. If you need electricity, we will endeavor to find a working outlet, however we advise you to bring your own extension cords to reach the outlets. Please note there is no draping provided for this show. Vendors must supply their own table coverings and partitions if desired.
