To enter this show please submit the items below to the entry clerk:

  • A completed Summary Sheet with payment for the amount owed. We accept checks and money orders, or you can use a credit card through PayPal. Please do not send cash.
  • A completed Cat Entry Form for each cat you will be entering.

    To enter by mail please print the PDF Summary Sheet and Entry Form and mail them to the entry clerk (address above).

    Closing Dates, Payments & Fees

    All entries must be received and paid by 10:00pm Saturday, September 11, 2010.

  • All fees to be paid in U.S. funds; no post-dated checks accepted.
  • Phone, fax, and email entries MUST be paid by PayPal (Credit Card or PayPal account).
  • All fees are due at time of entry. You enter the show, you agree to pay all fees even if you do not come to the show.
  • Cats co-owned by members of 2 different households are eligible for multiple entry discounts ONLY with a copy of the cat’s TICA registration showing names of co-owners.

    Show Hall

    The show will be held at the Tukwila Community Center, located at 12424 42nd Avenue South, Tukwila, WA 98168. Phone: 206-768-2822. Cat litter will be provided in the show hall. Bring your own cat food, food dishes and litter pans.

     

    Food in the Show Hall — There will be “limited” food available at the Tukwila Community Center. You can pre-order boxed

    lunches from Quiznos by Friday, September 10, 2010. See the “Lunch Menu Order Form” attached.

     

     

    Directions: Southbound on I-5 — Take Exit #156 (Tukwila/Interurban Ave.). Turn RIGHT onto Interurban Ave. Proceed NORTH. At stop light at 42nd Ave S., turn RIGHT. Cross river. Community Center is immediately on your RIGHT. Northbound on I-5 — Take Exit #156 (Tukwila/West Marginal Way). Take the Tukwila Exit; turn LEFT onto Interurban Ave. Move to the RIGHT lane. At stop light at 42nd Ave S., turn RIGHT. Cross river. Community Center is immediately on your RIGHT.

     

    Airport Information — Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) is just 2 minutes from the Show Hotel and 5-10 minutes from the Show Hall.

     

    Show Hotel — Located at Seattle Tacoma International Airport (SEA), the Red Lion Hotel-Seattle Airport is our show hotel at 18220 International Blvd, Seattle, WA 98188 . Room rate: $89.00 and includes a full breakfast. Add $15.00 per additional person in the room. Hotel parking complimentary. No pet fee if you are a member of the Red Lion R&R Club. You can register for the Red Lion R&R Club free of charge on-line at: https://redlion.rdln.com/Account/HotelSignUp.aspx?ssl=true Non-members pay a $20.00 pet fee per stay.

     

    In-room amenities include Stay Comfortable beds with Sealy plush pillowtop mattresses, terry cloth bathrobes, Bath & Body Works amenities and telephone dataports, free wireless and hard wired Internet access. On-site services include 24-hr business center, indoor whirlpool, outdoor seasonal pool and fitness center. Gregory’s Restaurant provides breakfast, lunch and dinner with happy hour and entertainment in Gregory’s Lounge.

     

    For reservations phone 1-800-733-5466 by Friday, September 3rd, 2010. Mention “PNWO” to get the group rate. After that, room re- quests will be at the hotel’s prevailing rate based on availability. All rooms must be guaranteed with a credit card.

     

    Take extra care to clean up litter, food and other spills. Protect the rooms from spraying cats by confining them in cages or keeping them in the bathroom. Exhibitors using the Red Lion Hotel-Seattle Airport agree to abide by TICA’s Hotel Room Inspection Policy.

     

    Club Provided Transportation — The club will provide free shuttle to/from the Red Lion Hotel-Seattle Airport and the show hall (Tukwila Community Center). Please sign up in advance at the hotel’s front desk.

    Other Information

    Show Catalogs - One show catalog is included free with your first entry. Additional show catalogs are $5 each; order on the Summary Sheet. No catalogs will be available for sale in the show hall.

    Ring Clerks and Stewards
    Ring Clerks will be paid $30 + lunch for a full day. Preference will be given to those in the TICA clerking program. Please indicate on the Summary Sheet if you wish to clerk.

    If you have a child that would like to steward, please let us know. We pay $15 for a full day per ring plus lunch.

    Food and Litter
    Cat litter will be provided.  Please bring your own cat food, food & water dishes, and litter pans.
